Our Oriental Rug Cleaning Process - From Start to Finish

We offer a start-to-finish service for every rug which includes inspection, followed by a powerful deep vacuuming (to release loose dirt, then a spot and stain pre-treatment which goes to work on the most stubborn stains (such as red wine, grease and pet urine). Only then will your rug be carefully cleaned. We do not use water in our cleaning, rather we massage the materials’ fibers with soft bristles and organic products. This slowly strips the dust and dirt away and makes the material shimmer again. It goes without saying that we only clean rugs like these by hand, to protect the weave.

Just as importantly. we only use green, eco-friendly products in all of our work because we take the health of you, your family and your employees very seriously. You deserve a clean, safe space to live in and your rug deserves the same. Our cleaning products are gentle and organic, but they do just as good a job as traditional products, reaching deep into the materials’ diners, With no harsh chemicals involved, your asthmatic child or employee with skin irritations is much more protected.
